The Opportunities
Our Billing teams are rapidly expanding, with multiple vacancies across our regional offices. We have opportunities at various levels, here's what you can expect in each role and the skills we require...
Billing Assistant
Billing Assistants provide first-class financial assistance to our stakeholders and clients. These roles play a key part in ensuring that the finance processes run from beginning to end in a seamless manner.
We enjoy working with individuals who have high organisational skills together with an analytical eye in order to allow for a collaborative working ethos with our stakeholders, finance and the Support team. A good working knowledge of finance-based systems is desirable although training is provided as part of the induction process.
Billing Coordinator
Billing Co-ordinators within Eversheds Sutherland provide first-class financial assistance to our stakeholders and clients, successfully billing in line with our client’s protocols. Individuals are designated Subject Matter Expert (SME) in relation to client billing and Practice Group management, working closely with e-billing teams, the wider financial teams and stakeholders to provide a seamless and ‘right first time’ experience for our clients.
The Billing Co-ordinators are senior members of the team who have the ability to drive performance, link in with the Practice Group Support Managers and Working Capital team, supporting strategic growth, success and development with the business. As with all finance roles, at peak times you will need to be able to handle pressure and enjoy making decisions that will have a real impact on our business.
Diversity and Inclusion
At Eversheds Sutherland, we recognise that having diverse talent across our business brings many benefits, and we are committed to accessing a wide range of views and thinking in all that we do. A culture of inclusion, where each person feels able to be their true self at work and reach their full potential is key. We recognise that bringing together the perspectives of individuals of all backgrounds, life experiences, preferences and beliefs is critical if we are to serve our global client base, people and communities as a leading global legal practice.
Should you require any reasonable adjustments to enable participation in the recruitment process, please contact us so that we can discuss how best to assist.
We are open to considering flexible working options for our vacancies. Whilst we are not able to offer flexible working across all of our roles, many of our people work flexibly in some way, and we would encourage you to talk to us about this during the hiring process if you would like to explore further.
