Description

The successful candidate will provide high quality and comprehensive HR administrative support to the firm’s partners, and will help us to further develop our partner HR service internationally.


Key responsibilities:

You will work closely with partners, HR colleagues and senior stakeholders, so will need to have an excellent ability to manage relationships and expectations.


You’ll be working on a variety of HR processes across the partner lifecycle, which will include:

 

  • Creating and issuing contractual documents for new joiners and promoted partners
  • Pre-partnership screening and regulatory registrations
  • Supporting the on-boarding process
  • Contractual changes
  • Supporting the leavers process’
  • Coordinating the annual performance review cycle
  • Managing and answering queries by email and phone

 

Skills and experience:

  • Attention to detail is a fundamental requirement of this role, with the ability to prioritise and manage high volumes of work, maintain quality and accuracy and provide excellent service delivery
  • Ability to manage own time effectively
  • Ability to work at pace
  • Ability to put the partner experience at the heart of all tasks
  • Fantastic organisational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Proactive, willing to challenge and have the confidence to identify and recommend changes and improvements
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment, ideally globally and with HR Service Centre exposure
  • Sound experience of working within a team handling a high volume of work
  • Excellent communication skills, including a high quality of written English
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to “think on your feet” and look for solutions to challenges
  • An understanding of HR processes is a distinct advantage
  • Good IT and keyboard skills; in particular, good working knowledge of Word and Excel
