Due to unprecedent growth within our global Corporate team we are recruiting for a Senior Associate to join our Energy Group.

We are looking for someone who has experience working on various aspects of the project life cycle of an oil & gas and/or energy transition project. A combination of project work (such as JOAs, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, crude/gas/LNG supply agreements, concessions, offshore services contracts etc) and M&A (SPA, APAs, Farm-out/in Agreements) would be ideal. In terms of energy transition any prior experience with hydrogen or renewable fuels projects would be welcomes and if not, a keenness to develop your expertise in these area would be essential.

You will be expected to play a leading role, drafting principal documents and being a key contact for clients and intermediaries.
