The Team

The Pricing and Value team supports the Eversheds Sutherland International partnership to deliver profitable growth. We provide support on strategic pricing opportunities and the creation of innovative fee arrangements.

The Role

To support the firm’s strategy to deliver profitable growth by ensuring the correct rates are in place for our clients and support the business to achieve this.

Key Responsibilities

  • Testing where required for SNAP implementation (Practice Management System).
  • Reviewing business acceptance rate proposals, entering rates and validating discounts
  • Deal with regular rate queries from the business
  • Form close links with e-billing team and central billing admin team
  • Provide support to the business in understanding how the rate process works
  • Assisting with the firm wide annual rate review exercise
  • Reviewing client framework agreements to ensure rates are accurately reflected in SNAP
  • General rates housekeeping on a monthly basis to ensure existing client and matter rates are correct
  • Monthly project work to enable better use of SNAP functionality

Skills and Experience

  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable dealing with members of the business at all levels
  • Excellent organisational and investigative skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous knowledge of rates management in a professional services environment desirable
  • Competent in dealing with exchange rates in multi currencies
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other MS packages
