Konexo legal resourcing continues to grow both in the UK and internationally.  We provide lawyers, paralegals, project managers and legal compliance consultants to some of the world’s largest companies.  Our consultants operate onsite at our client’s offices, remotely and also support Eversheds Sutherland teams both onsite and virtually. They can be full time, part time, and even provide ad hoc support for a number of hours per week

To meet significant growth in demand, we are looking for a Client Engagement Consultant to provide support to the existing Konexo Legal Resourcing team, ensuring an excellent service is provided to Konexo Consultants, Clients and internal business stakeholders.

This role is to continue to build on our consultant community, providing a world leading engagement process and developing opportunities for our consultants.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordination and use of the Global Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn ATS) ensuring the ATS is used for generating opportunities and sharing client information.
  • Generate opportunities for Konexo, dealing directly with interim legal professionals and matching their skills to our client needs.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment/Ops Consultant and Client Development Consultants providing regular updates and feedback regarding client and consultant opportunities and ensure information is shared.
  • Ongoing relationship building with Konexo consultants, developing a professional network and being knowledgeable of their availability when matching consultants to develop opportunities with clients of Konexo.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across the Konexo group and wider Eversheds Sutherland team, proposing consultants to support client needs.
  • Ad-hoc support and coordination of social media activity on social media platforms.
  • Support the Konexo team with administration, such as consultant engagement activity, webinars and training.
  • Management and scheduling of information management for our consultant availability.

Skills and experience:

  • This role would suit could suit someone with an agency / recruitment background, who is looking to develop their skills in a busy role. It could also suit those with a HR / employee engagement background, developing processes and opportunities for our consultants.
  • The successful consultant will ideally have experience using an ATS (applicant tracking system) maintaining multiple CV’s/consultants at once and matching consultants CV’s / availability to client need; with strong database management skills.
  • Strong lead generation skills, able to utilise data to create opportunities and manage client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills, used to discussing rates/work types with some commercial acumen.
  • We would also consider someone who is not from a recruitment background, but who has extensive experience working with clients in a law firm or professional services, coordinating multiple demands at once, in a busy fast paced environment.

  • Meticulous attention for detail and desire/willingness to be flexible to support others
  • Experience of working with multiple senior stakeholders across a business; Partners/Recruitment Directors/Marketing and building credible, strong relationships.
  • High level of professionalism, pro-active approach to working, with a flexibility to get involved in wide ranging projects to serve the client needs in the UK and globally (there may be some ad-hoc support for our Singapore and Hong Kong operations)
  • An ambitious, confident, client focused professional with a practical can-do mentality.
  • Experience of working directly for clients, either in a recruitment or administrative role.
  • Exposure to a busy client facing function in a law firm or professional service firm.
  • A good understanding and practical experience of HR and/or recruitment.
  • Excellent IT skills especially in using Microsoft Office suite.

Pro-active, with strong ability to manage time effectively.
