Reporting to the Senior Resource Manager, you will become a member of our recently formed resource management team. You will be working on a project that is one of the strategic priorities for the firm in relation to the 2024 Global Strategy. Working alongside the resourcing team, you will engage widely with partners and fee earners, as well as International Operations (IO) Leads in Finance, HR and Service Excellence to ensure a co-ordinated approach to product group resourcing.

You will be responsible for the delivery of resourcing activities across a Product Group(s) with the aim of driving forward our strategic objectives of the project.
