This role is for an experienced plot conveyancer to manage their own plot conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post completion with administrative and technical support. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to be involved with part exchange and resale transactions. This role involves regular interaction with both internal stakeholders (other departments/teams) and external stakeholders/clients (well known housebuilding clients).
