The Role

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our Onboarding & Global Management team. This role will spearhead the development of our “Process Systems People” approach to improve the way we deliver our service to key clients. It will work with the business to drive through implementation using rigorous project management techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with client partners to onboard new global client relationships
  • Providing leadership and support of the firm’s initiatives.
  • Leading multiple legal and business projects simultaneously focusing on clients
  • Helping develop the project management team which focusses specifically on providing an outstanding experience of the firm for its largest multijurisdictional clients
  • Focus on working with partners and lawyers to develop a best practice approach to scoping, pricing and project management of legal matters that can be adapted to practice area needs within a consistent overall framework
  • Identifying appropriate team members considering issues such as capacity, experience required; client service continuity and impact on profitability
  • Identifying stakeholders and establishing a communication plan
  • Setting protocols and briefing team members
  • Scoping and designing MI
  • Providing regular and accurate reporting of project progress, deliverables and anticipated/actual benefits
  • Helping to create a culture of continuous improvement and ensure project success is celebrated with the team and appropriately recognised
