The Role

You will join the Billing team and be an integral part of Operations within Finance. You will be responsible for ensuring that proformas are billed in a timely and efficient manner and manage complex relationships with key stakeholder groups including; Practice Groups, Working Capital Managements, Finance Operations, Global Client Teams and International offices. You will ensure stakeholders are all aligned and adhere to agreed delivery processes.

You will join a high performing team focused on improving effectiveness, quality and efficiency of services delivered by the end to end Operations team. 

Skills & Experience

You will have experience in a similar role and be aware of billing practices, ideally from a Legal or Professional Services environment. You will have excellent communication skills, having the ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels along with being a team player, a problem solver and be highly client focussed in all that you do.
