This is an exciting and also challenging opportunity to build a resourcing strategy and function from the ground up in a time of unprecedented change. 

Reporting to a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will become a member of our newly formed resource management team. You will engage widely with Partners as well as International Operations (IO) Leads in Finance, HR and Service Excellence to ensure a co-ordinated approach to practice group resourcing. Your primary role will be to support our Practice Groups to smooth utilisation across product groups and teams, improve profitability and support our people strategy by increasing the variety of opportunity to diverse talent pools. As this is a new team you will devise and pilot a resourcing strategy for your practice area.

The Senior Resource Manager will play an important role in supporting the implementation and delivery of Resource Management services to make sure operational excellence is delivered. You will be required to work with the practice group, HR and Finance to support Eversheds Sutherland’s strategy around the agility and mobility of our people and will support the firm’s Talent Management agenda.
