The Role

Responsible and accountable for all FM delivery including the day to day management of facilities and client support teams as well as the office building to achieve delivery of service excellence to internal and external clients of Eversheds-Sutherland.

 

As part of this role you can expect to be involved in:

 

Service Delivery

 

  • Monitor processes within the team to ensure that they continue to meet the client needs and that they are being efficiently managed.
  • Regular meetings with teams to ensure the work meets the clients requirements.
  • Lead agile working to benefit our firm, our clients and our people. Our aim is to provide agile spaces that offer a variety of settings to support concentration, collaboration, high performance and wellbeing.
  • Working with your operations manager, achieve relevant KPI’s for the teams that promote the behaviour required to move the business forward and deliver increasing levels of service to clients.
  • Proactively manage the flow of work ensuring that remedial

plans are put in place if any blockages are encountered in the system.

  • Work with all FM’s nationally to make sure the correct services are achieved at each site.
  • Lead a paperlite office, reducing the burden of physical documents for colleagues in the office, improving space utilisation and supporting our agile strategy goals.
  • Responsible for the operational delivery of our EHS strategy at site level working closing with the Environment, Health & Safety manager and team including leading and participating in the local quarterly EHS committee.
  • Participating in the local wellbeing committee promoting wellbeing and mental health initiatives within the office and through remote workers.
