Our Corporate lawyers advise corporations and institutions of all sizes, both public and private, on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate finance, private equity investments and cross-border transactions. We advise on more than 200 M&A deals a year, with 75% of those involving three or more jurisdictions.

The Leeds Corporate team has an enviable client base acting for a large number of the region’s listed companies, a growing private equity client base and exposure to cross jurisdictional transactions. We will also support, from time to time, the work of other offices whether overseas or UK based.

We are looking for a talented Associate to join the team in Leeds (3-5 years PQE). The role will suit driven, confident candidates with demonstrable skills within the Corporate space who also want to develop and thrive within an exciting and international focused team.
