The Role

We have a rare opportunity for a client support & facilities assistant to join our Edinburgh office. This is a varied role which will see you provide exceptional front of house service but also provide wider facilities and administration support to the office itself.

The role will require an adaptable approach with service excellence at the forefront, whether that is welcoming clients and external guests to our office or providing administrative support to the Practice Groups. Following and implementing our Covid safe guidelines to support a safe and structured return to the office for all staff.

Our Edinburgh office is located in the heart of the city, a short walk from Princess Street Gardens.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate must have a flexible approach to their role in order to adapt the services we provide to our clients.

The role is extremely client centred and facilities based and candidates will need to have a professional approach in both image and in the way they interact with clients.

The main responsibilities include managing our reception area, meeting & greeting visitors to the office, setting up meeting rooms, answering telephone queries, postal services for the business, monitoring the stationery supplies, reconfiguration and preparation of meeting rooms, recording FM jobs on remedy, supervision of 3rd party contractor and correct use of office space for staff, and to provide excellent client and internal customer care.
