Konexo Legal Services is a well-established and fast growing managed legal service offering within Eversheds Sutherland, enabling our clients to outsource work previously done in-house. Working as a virtual in-house lawyer you will be dedicated to meeting specific clients’ legal needs and fully contribute to the growth of Konexo Legal Services. You will deliver the work that was previously done in-house, work closely day to day with our clients’ businesses and feel part of the clients’ in house teams but with the full support of a global firm.

Key responsibilities:

• Your role will be to support the team in the design of effective legal solutions for one or more large clients (working alongside and supported by our Konexo Legal Services team).
• You will ensure clients are provided with high quality legal advice; mitigate commercial and legal risks and build strong relationships with the clients’ business teams.
• You will do this through excellent organisational skills, commercial acumen and the ability to work on your own initiative.

Skills and experience:

You will have done a commercial seat and have commercial contracts experience either in-house or in private practice, with 2- 4 years post qualification experience.
