The Real Estate team acts for many of the top 10 house builders on a wide range of acquisitions and disposals, consortia and regeneration work. The purpose of this role is to manage a number of plot conveyancing caseloads from initial instruction, through to completion, the successful candidate will also get involved in part exchange and re sales transactions. This role involves regular interaction with both internal stakeholders (other departments/teams) and external stakeholders/clients (well known house building clients).
